The day I ordered the this watch, I tried to cancel the order. They said that the order COULD NOT be cancelled, even though it had not been picked, packed, or shipped.
I got the package, marked it REFUSED, on 2/3, & to date, I have not been credited.
The item is probably good, but the shipping policy & service is really bad. Hard to believe that a company could be so inefficient in the shipping department. What a waste of time, money, effort, & an exercise in frustration.

The shipper was prompt in delivery, however, there was no packing material inside the box and the watch was in a damaged and flimsy cardboard holder. I don’t know if this caused the problem, but the watch never ran and was diagnosed as “defective” by a local jeweler. The seller refused to answer emails regarding an exchange, and it was left to Amazon to issue credit based on a claim filed. I appreciated Amazon’s response, but not Chelsea Watch’s.

I’ve been wearing this watch for about two weeks, and already the face of it has ugly white scratches. And this is without any unusually rough handling.
Also, the interface does not, so far, seem very intuitive, and the instructions for obtaining the radio time seem like a nuisance.
