The basic watch is great with a nice watch face and good quality stainless case and band. In my view the information on the watch face is exactly what I want and this is not easy to find in the huge selection of watch types available.
However, the watch ad in Amazon does not make clear that the band is a bracelet style band that fits very loosely on your wrist. It tends to flop around and this can be annoying if you are not used to that feel. It really is a shame that Casio did not pick an adjustable band so that customers could decide how loose a fit they want.

I love the new watch! That said, two criticisms:
Adjustment of the band is mostly limited to removing links. As a result, adjustments are less finite than most similar bands. Also, the manual does not include information on how to remove links, though it is easy enough once one figures it out.
The “link removal tool” recommended by Amazon is of no value in adjusting the band. It works with a different type of band. The only tools needed are a very small screwdriver or knife blade point, plus a pair of pliers. Save your money. The special tool won’t work at all with this band.

Seems like a good watch but is kind of big. Also the strap is stiff and longer than what I need. Haven’t used it much because of this.
